Salary Range: $1,755 per month (based on AmeriCorps living allowance rates), plus additional program benefits: Relocation Allowance, $350/month Housing Stipend, Health Coverage, choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend upon completion of service

Job Description: Renovation Alliance brings together volunteers and communities to provide free, critical home repairs for low-income homeowners with a special focus on homeowners 60 years of age and older, persons living with a disability, veterans and surviving spouses, and single parent households caring for young children. The VISTA member will focus on enhancing RA's data system and homeowner communication to support the organization's important work in the Roanoke Valley. These efforts will include developing a system to facilitate grant reporting, maintaining data quality, improving client survey participation, and reviewing current home repair application processes to identify areas for improvement.
