Sponsor & Exhibit at Our Annual Conference

ReFrame Conference gathers professionals, board members, and volunteers in home repair, along with government officials and advocates for affordable housing preservation. The Coalition prepares speakers and workshops that equips and inspires them to return to their communities with more knowledge and resources.

The attendees represent about 100 organizations from over 40 states, mainly nonprofits offering free or reduced-cost home repairs. These organizations send decision-makers with purchasing authority to the conference to network.

ReFrame Home Repair Solutions Lab
Atlanta, Georgia | October 5–6, 2026

Overview

The ReFrame Home Repair Solutions Lab is a national, place-based convening designed to advance local home repair systems through cross-sector collaboration, applied learning, and solution-
building.

Hosted by the Coalition for Home Repair, the Solutions Lab brings together nonprofit leaders, public
agencies, funders, and industry partners to strengthen housing preservation and promote safe,
healthy homes.

Why It Matters

Home repair is a critical but under-resourced component of the housing ecosystem. Strengthening
these systems:

  • Preserves affordable housing stock
  • Supports aging in place
  • Improves health and safety outcomes
  • Builds pathways to sustainable homeownership

The Solutions Lab moves beyond conversation toward implementation-ready strategies that drive
real-world impact.

Event Structure

Day One – Solutions Lab (Working Summit)
Single-track panel discussions
Facilitated table workgroups
Focus on real-world scenarios and systems challenges
Outcome: actionable strategies tailored to the Atlanta region

Day Two – Conference + Field Experience
Sessions on complementary national topics
Guided tour of local home repair programs and projects

Proven Model

This event builds on the success of the Reframe Conference, held annually since 2012, and the 2024
Detroit Home Repair Solutions Lab, funded by the Van Dusen Urban Leadership Forum, which
successfully convened cross-sector partners to advance systems-level solutions.

The Detroit Lab convened national and local stakeholders to generate practical, field-informed
solutions that continue to inform ongoing work across the network. We will do the same to benefit the
metro Atlanta home repair ecosystem.
