Local Model Roundtable

The goal of this affinity group is to gain new wisdom, insights, and direction to either start, grow, or improve our home repair programs serving in our local area using local volunteers and local funding. We also talk about subcontracting work and utilizing nonprofit staff to complete home repairs. 

Some affinity group members have only ever used "camp model" volunteers coming from out of area; others have been using local volunteers for many years. Together, we will learn and grow and move forward.

This group was previously a cohort. After that four-part training series ended, we decided to continue the conversation through an affinity group that is open to all Coalition Members for free. You are invited to join and share questions, updates, and ideas. We will meet every other month in 2022.
