This webinar will be held via Zoom.
Category: Webinar

Hiring and retaining skilled staff is a top area of need for Coalition members, especially when it comes to construction staff. To help address this need, the Coalition is excited to be partnering with the Building Talent Foundation (BTF) to share the JobsToBuild platform, which connects employers and job-seekers in construction. JobsToBuild screens and matches candidates & follows up to learn about retention. So far, JobsToBuild has connected over 3,000 candidates with construction roles.

In this webinar, we'll hear from Carmen Cruz, National Partnership Development Director at Building Talent Foundation, about the new opportunity for Coalition members to connect with potential candidates via JobsToBuild.

JobsToBuild is another opportunity for members to share their construction position openings. Our job board will continue to be available for Coalition members for all types of positions. As an organization focused on construction workforce development, BTF has a unique approach to the hiring process. We're excited to uplift the opportunities available in the construction field together through our partnership!
