Nonprofit Home Repair Compensation Report

While there are many compensation reports available for the nonprofit sector at large, we are unaware of any others specifically for home repair nonprofits. This 22 page report published by ReFrame Association in 2017 includes salary information for 14 job titles, as well as details about compensation adjustments, benefits, benefit time, and temporary staff. There's also an appendix that compares responses from the 20 organizations that participated in our compensation survey in 2017 and 2015. A new survey will be conducted in 2019; that report will only be complimentary for those who participate in the survey.
