Aging in Place Cohort Payment

Please pay the registration fee for the 2024 Aging in Place Cohort here. You can pay by credit card now or request an invoice and mail a check. If your organization has multiple participants, please register separately for each person. You can add them all to the cart and then check out to pay for everyone at the same time. 

If you were notified that you were awarded a CAPS funded cohort slot, paying the $100/person registration cost entitles the named participant to have full access to the cohort program, including the Certified Aging in Place Specialist training ($1,000 value). By paying the registration fee, you acknowledge that attendance at the four cohort meetings prior to training is mandatory in order to be eligible to have the CAPS training funded by the Coalition for Home Repair. The Coalition will provide recordings of the meetings whenever possible.
