WHAT IS PROCORE?
Procore is a cloud-based construction management software application built for construction professionals. Procore is the only platform that connects your team, applications, and devices in one central hub, helping you manage the entire lifecycle of construction. Procore.org provides FREE access to Procore products for Coalition members.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY LICENSE // SUBSCRIPTION?
Your subscription includes access to Procore’s full suite of product lines including: Core Tools, Project Management, Quality & Safety, Construction Financials, and Field Productivity Tools. Features include: Documents, Email Tracking, Drawings, Specifications, Photos, Daily Logs, Timesheets, Inspections, Scheduling, Forms, Budgeting, Contract Management, among many more features! Your nonprofit will get unlimited users, unlimited data storage, and unlimited support. Here is a 5-minute Overview Video.
HOW DO I GET MY ANNUAL LICENSE // SUBSCRIPTION
Please email procoreorg@procore.com and include the following:
- Reference “ReFrame Association Partnership" in the subject line
- Primary Contact Name and Title
- Nonprofit Name
- Mailing Address (Street, State, Zip Code, etc.)
- Phone Number
- Email address
Upon receipt of your email, you will receive an email reply from the Social Impact team describing the next steps to create a login & password. They will also offer time to review Procore together via screen share with a product expert in the initial follow up email.

Procore will be undergoing some internal adjustments to streamline our operations and enhance our services. We anticipate this to be completed by the end of August 2024.
During this time, we will temporarily pause our nonprofit intake program. As a result, we will not be accepting new sign-ups for the program.
Please rest assured that this pause is temporary, and we remain committed to supporting the nonprofit community. Taking this time to improve our internal processes will ultimately allow us to better serve you and other nonprofits in the future.
