Detroit, MI – November 14, 2024 The Coalition for Home Repair, the national coalition for home repair organizations in the United States, recently honored Jason McCullough with the Professional Excellence Award.
The Professional Excellence Award was presented to Jason McCullough in recognition of his substantial contributions to a home repair organization as a staff member. His 18-year career with Brothers Redvelopment Inc, has brought impressive growth to how the organization serves the Denver metro area.
Notable accomplishments include helping their home repair transition from minor repairs to a full rehabilitation program that now exceeds $2M in revenue and completes more than 500 home repairs or modifications annually. Jason has deep knowledge of various private and public funding programs including the Community Development Block Grant, CAPABLE, the American Rescue Plan Act, and local municipal grants. His expertise with local relationships has led to program expansion into new counties in the Denver metro area. Jason brings a collaborative approach to programs, serving on committees like the Wheat Ridge NORC and the Jefferson County Aging Well Housing Committee.
