ReFrame Online: Case Studies in Volunteer Recruitment & Retention

Volunteers are the lifeblood of many nonprofits. Recruiting new volunteers and retaining current ones is essential to accomplishing our home repair mission. While many volunteer programs are currently suspended, eventually we'll start facilitating volunteers completing home repairs again! Take some time to learn from your peers: three ReFrame Association members share best practices in volunteer marketing, recruitment, appreciation, and retention. We also talk about tips for prioritizing volunteer groups when rescheduling them for limited slots after COVID-19 lockdowns end.
