ReFrame Online: Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed Care

Led by Sarah Chao and Kelly Loeb of Jewish Family Services of Greater Kansas City. The case managers leading this session define "trauma" and explain its systemic impact; describe the key components of a person-centered, trauma-informed approach; and identify specific tools for fostering compassion and resilience in our own lives and the lives of others (volunteers, home repair clients, permanent and temporary staff, etc.).
