Your career (and life!) is a marathon, not a sprint. Are you taking care of yourself so you can go the distance? Or are you feeling completely crispy and worn out? This workshop will help you identify ways to refill your bucket if it’s drained dry, evaluate work/life balance, and support your team. In this session we’ll talk about self care and self preservation and ways to check in on your team to see how they are really doing. Meg Robertson is always a popular speaker at ReFrame events!
